All our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return and 14-day policy for exchange.

Quality problem shall refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. The problems related to material differentia from the buyer’s imagination or when buyer using the product but not beautiful enough and the color is not fit etc which we will not regard them as the quality problem.

We don’t accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design. The intimate apparels are not acceptable for return or refund because those are comparatively personal and close fitting.
